Pricing questions

Do credits expire?
No. The 2 GB you get on signup and every credit bundle you buy stay on your account until you use them. InfoPath form credits never expire either.
Is the price different on the Windows app?
No. A job is metered the same way whether it runs in the MigrationFox cloud or on the MigrationFox app on your own Windows machine. Pick whichever fits your network and security needs — see deployment options.
What currency do you charge in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CA$). If your card is in another currency, your card issuer converts the charge at checkout.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signing up gives you 2 GB of migration credits and one free governance snapshot per tenant every 30 days without a card. You only pay when you buy credits or a report pack.
How is migration usage measured?
Migration is metered by the gigabytes of file data a job transfers.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. For large projects, email sales@migrationfox.com and we’ll quote volume pricing. InfoPath orders of 10,000 forms or more get CA$0.15 per form automatically.
